In order to make certain services available to you we provide links to third parties who collect your credit/debit card details using our own payment service provider. We use BRS Golf to collect online bookings information for Tee Time Reservations – please see their own privacy policy relating to this.

Credit/debit card details required for purchase of Tee Time Reservations whilst using this website are not collected or stored by ourselves. This information is collected by our payment services provider(s) and who have their own privacy policies relating to this. Our payment services provider is:

The information requested on this Site is required to process your request for more information about our company, services and products. Access to this information will be restricted to employees and administrators of Tilsworth Golf who are responsible for the marketing and administration of Tilsworth Golf products and/or services. Personal data held by us whilst you hold a customer account with us will be retained for as long as you remain a customer, after which it will be deleted. Your information that we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

We use Google Analytics (as is common industry practice) which is a service provided by Google. They gather anonymous data on how people are using this site and then provide us with visitor statistics, details of page views etc. We can review your activity on our website without knowing who you are.
